The SME AI Clarity plugin is a custom Claude Code plugin built to guide small and medium-sized business owners through a structured AI strategy engagement, without needing a live consultant in the room. Instead of guessing where AI could help or staring at a blank page trying to build a business case, this plugin runs a proven 5-step consulting methodology and delivers a boardroom-ready output at the end. It's designed for depth with speed: answer a guided set of questions, and get a full problem diagnosis, opportunity matrix, ROI case, and executive communication, specific to your business.

How it works
- Start the engagement. Trigger /strategy-coach (or any individual command) and answer the intake questions about your business.
- Plugin runs the methodology. Your answers are evaluated through pain assessment, MECE structuring, ROI modeling, and executive framing, drawing on a built-in knowledge base of AI frameworks, ROI models, and industry use cases.
- Findings are structured, not dumped. Rather than a wall of generic AI advice, the output is organized into a problem statement, prioritized opportunities, and a business case.
- You get a focused output a problem statement and issue tree (what's actually going on), an opportunity matrix (scored and prioritized options), an ROI business case (executive-ready memo), and a saved AI clarity report (specific to your business, stored in outputs/).
